Now, nearly four years later Garfunkel, known as The Voice, says that he ready to perform again – “ The voice is back. I’m in flight again. I believe I have grown through adversity. A new creation has emerged that is truly exciting me — my stage show."

And the TV drama series The Newsroom will end after its 3rd season, that’s according to its distributor HBO.

The series written by Aaron Sorkin, best known for his book and screenplay A Few good Men, has not done as well as expected.

The plot follows events in a feisty newsroom of a TV cable channel, detailing the professional and personal relationships among the journalists, while keeping in mind the demands on the sponsors.

The great cast full of seasoned actors such as the star of the show Jeff Daniels, who went on to win an Emmy for the first season of the sitcom, failed to deliver in getting proper ratings.

The bitter irony – it is the same problem that the shows’ characters face.

The third season finale is scheduled for fall 2014.

Actor Michael Douglas will star in the upcoming Marvel film Ant-Man due to be released in July of this year. The 69 year old Douglas will play Henry "Hank" Pym, who is the scientist responsible for creating technology that will shrink humans to a size on an ant.

Douglas who has just won a Golden Globe three days ago for his role of Liberace in the HBO movie Behind the Candela, says he has been "dying to do a Marvel picture for so long” and that the script is fun and he is pleased with the director Edgar Wright.

The auction, which brought in $6 million was to benefit Haitian Relief Organization. Martin paid $650,000 for the work. Other celebrities on hand were Julia Roberts, Goldie Hawn, Bette Midler, Kevin Bacon, Uma Thurman and Emma Thompson.

It just keeps getting better and better for Disney cartoon Frozen! It is set to become a Broadway musical, just a couple of months after it hit the box office. After taking a Golden globe home on Sunday for best animated film, Walt Disney CEO and chairman Bob Iger revealed that there are bigger plans for the cartoon. So far, Frozen has made over $669 million globally, snuggling in the number two spot behind The Lion King, for the most successful film. The soundtrack for it is in the number one spot on Billboard 200, with two catchy hits Do You Want to Build a Snowman and Let it go.
