HUNTINGTON —  Get the dancing shoes out of the closet and head down to the VClub, 741 6th Ave., where the fiery fiddles and banjos will be heating up the dancefloor.

There’s a triple bill of old-time string bands with festival favorites, Hillbilly Carnival headlining the bill. That group is led by the husband and wife team of Scott and Nellie Coffman, veteran fest goers who started the Facebook group, West Virginia’s Funky Festivarians.

Enjoy the Carnival as well as the Marshall-birthed young string band Modock Rounders, as well as the horn-blown jugband blues of Big Rock and the Candy Mountain Boys.

That show is part of a  big weekend for the V Club. The V hosts This Ain’t No Disco on Thursday with Farnsworth and Sun Street. The V is also hosting the Saturday night CD launch party for the red-hot Kentucky brocountry duo, Sundy Best. Admission Saturday is $8 advance and $10 day of the show.

On Sunday, the V Club takes a walk, on the wild side hosting the national &^%$face Unstoppable Tour of Brandon “Bam” Margera and his rock band CKY (Camp Kill Yourself).

CKY has provided the music for scores of Bam’s TV and movies including  MTV’s “Viva La Bam” Bam’s “Unholy Union,” and the Jackass movies.

Come out and the music, stunts, and wildness of Bam and CKY as well as special guests such as nationally known side show act, Zamora The Torture King, as we;; as Deadfacedown and Nation.

Doors open at 7 p.m., the show is at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 advance, $22 day of the show and $40 for VI. VIP tickets include a general admission ticket and a meet & greet after the show with Bam Margera, Photo op, autograph and an event poster.
