• Fort Cody Trading Post (221 Halligan Drive) - Live outdoor music by Belles & Whistles. Kim Baxter opens. 6-9 p.m. $5 admission, kids 12 and under free.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Highway 30) – The Lincoln County Fair continues. Featured events Team sorting 7 p.m. 5K Glow Run 9 p.m. (Fair continues through Sunday.)

Friday, July 25

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Highway 30) - Fair continues. Grandstand feature - Demolition Derby 7 p.m. (Fair continues through Sunday.)

• Cody Park - Municipal Band concert. 8 p.m. No charge.

• Sculley’s Shooters (2221 E. Fourth) – Live music featuring hard rock by Dollarhyde and Slantpiece. Starts at 9 p.m. Cover charge.

Saturday, July 26

• Farmers Market (Parkade Plaza parking lot) 7:30-1.

• A to Z Books – Open Mic Nite, 7-10 p.m. Featured artists: Guest women poets will perform around 8 p.m.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Highway 30) - Fair continues. Grandstand feature - Live music by the Josh Abbott Band, Dylan Bloom Band, Wrong Way Jack. 9 p.m.

• North Platte Community Playhouse – The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf Children’s Theater. 7 p.m. Freewill donation.

Sunday, July 27

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Highway 30) - Truck and tractor pull, part of the Heartland Pulling Series. Street stock at 5 p.m., Heartland classes at 7 p.m.

• North Platte Community Playhouse – The Trial of the Big Bad Wolf Children’s Theater. 2 p.m. Freewill donation.

Tuesday, July 29

• Farmers Market (Parkade Plaza parking lot) 4-6 p.m.

Wednesday, July 30

• North Platte Senior Center - Dance to live music by Doug Powers Band. 7-9:30 p.m. $4. Bring finger food.

Thursday, July 31

• Fort Cody Trading Post (221 Halligan Drive) - Live outdoor music by The Littlest Birds. 6-9 p.m. $5 admission, kids 12 and under free.

Friday, Aug. 1

• Brady - Brady Days begins. Various events throughout the day including turtle races, street dance, BBQ, games.

• Cody Park ballfields (1402 N. Highway 83) – Outdoor movie at the park: Despicable Me 2. Begins at dusk. No charge.

• Cody Park - Municipal Band concert. 8 p.m. Free.

Saturday, Aug. 2

• Farmers Market (Parkade Plaza parking lot) 7:30-1.

• Lincoln Highway Campground & RV Park (4684 W. Highway 30) - Live music by Ruka Puff & Jimmy Hooligan.

• Brady - Brady Days Continues. Various events throughout the day including turtle races, street dance, BBQ, games.

• Neville Center - Upstage Downtown Fun 5K. Costumes of movie/TV characters encouraged. 8 a.m. $20 includes t-shirt.

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Highway 30) - Races and demolition derby. Gates open 2:30 p.m. Regular admission: $10. Kids 6-12: $5.

• Feather River Vineyard (5700 SE State Farm Rd.) - Wine Barrel BBQ competition. Souvenir wine glass, wine tasting and food sampling. 4-6 p.m. $20

• Lincoln County Fairgrounds (5015 W. Highway 30) - Rocky Mountain Lightning Sprints. 7 p.m. Regular admission: $10. Kids 6-12: $5.

Sunday, Aug. 3

• Brady - Brady Days concludes. Various events throughout the day including turtle races, street dance, BBQ, games.

Tuesday, Aug. 5

• Farmers Market (Parkade Plaza parking lot) 4-6 p.m.

Thursday, Aug. 7

• Sculley’s Shooters (2221 E. Fourth) – Live music featuring Sick Puppies. Starts at 9 p.m. $15.

• Fort Cody Trading Post (221 Halligan Drive) - Live outdoor music by Nathan Wade. 6-9 p.m. $5 admission, kids 12 and under free.

Friday, Aug. 8

• A to Z Books – Open Mic Nite, 7-10 p.m. Live entertainment. Refreshments. Admission by freewill donation.

• Hershey Ball Park - Movie at the park feature: Heaven is for Real. Movie starts at dusk. Bring lawn chair, snacks.
