NBC’s Constantine pilot has completed casting. Harold Perrinau will play an angel who watches over John Constantine and True Blood alum Lucy Griffiths (she played Eric‘s sister) is an “offbeat young lady” who joins forces with Constantine.

Aubrey Peeple, who plays Layla on Nashville talked with TV Guide about her character’s relationship with closeted singer Will, ” I think that him being good for her career was a huge factor in why they got together. But at this point … she’s totally head over heels for him, because she’s 19. There will always be that aspect of her career that drives her, and that’s what comes first. But she’s a hormonal teenager. She’s in love with him now.” Peeple also hints that Will and Layla’s storyline should get some major developments soon.

I just want Trent back on the show.

The magnificent Lee Pace will return to TV on June 1 when AMC debuts the tech industry period drama Halt and Catch Fire.

TVLine reports that Lindsey Lohan has booked a guest appearance on 2 Broke Girls. Let’s hope this is her rock bottom moment, I don’t want to see things get any worse for her than appearing on 2 Broke Girls.

Diogo Morgado, best known for playing Jesus in The Bible mini-series, has joined the cast of the CW pilot The Messengers, about a group of strangers tasked with trying to prevent the apocalypse. He’ll play a “mysterious figure who wakes up naked and burned in the desert”. You have my attention.

In case you forgot that Reign is a series that gets too sexy for TV, EW has a report saying that tonight’s episode will have — two versions. One will have an “uncensored” sex scene that will only be available online.

Patricia Arquette will star in the cybercrime CSI spin-off, which I expect will replace The Big Bang Theory as techies’ favorite CBS comedy.

USA pursues my enduring love for the great infoMania by signing Conor Knighton to host the Psych After Pshow, which will follow the series finale of Psych.

Ted Allen has been picked to host a second Food Network competition show. America’s Best Cook, which will feature home cooks competing under the guidance of four mentors — Cat Cora, Tyler Florence, Alex Guarnaschelli and Michael Symon.

VH1 has ordered a reality show about the day after you’ve partied too hard. Walk of Shame Shuttle will follow a company that offers rides home for college students recovering from a wild night.

And the latest series to get a revival on Netflix is… Trailer Park Boys. I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting that but it makes complete sense.

Jeff Lewis is chatting with Wendy today while Don Lemon returns for a hot topics panel.

Community (NBC) 8:00 PM ET
When the student body of Greendale gets recruited to beta test a social networking app, things quickly fall apart into class war and bitter rivalry. (At Greendale, signing up for classes devolves into class war and bitter rivalry, so is anyone surprised?) I’m hoping this ends like “The Monsters Are Due on Maple Street” except that this time the aliens are laughing, they can get humans to destroy themselves with just an app, nowadays.

Or maybe this is Community‘s Bad Beefcake episode

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8:00 PM ET
Embarrassing acting roles are a great gold mine for comedy. It’s hard not to get a laugh out of a character discovering they’ve become the face for STD, incontinence or yeast infections. (Hi Santana!) With that in mind, it’s a bit of a surprise it took this long for Penny to get an embarrassing acting role. I guess she really was wasting her life working as a waitress.

Parks & Recreation (NBC) 8:30 PM ET
It’s time to demolish the wall that stands between Pawnee and Eagleton, and Leslie is organizing a benefit concert for the occasion. Hmmm, rock music being played at a wall separating two communities, I wonder if that sounds familiar to anybody.

Even better, it looks like Billy Eichner’s back.

Project Runway: Under the Gunn (Lifetime) 9:00 PM ET
This week, there’s an “Unconventional Beach Party” on tap for the designers. I think that’s like one of those Frankie and Annette movies except that instead of playing Bingo once the festivities are over (please don’t make me sad by telling me there’s no Bingo game in Beach Blanket Bingo) they have to find beach party materials to turn into an outfit.

Why We Did It (MSNBC) 9:00 PM ET
Rachel Maddow hosts a follow-up to last year’s Hubris: Selling the Iraq War, which looked at the deceptive case used to argue for an invasion of Iraq. This time, Maddow teams of with Michael Isikoff and David Corn to ask why there was such an effort to send the country to war. The documentary promises “newly obtained documents” and “interviews with key players” this one should be engrossing. And infuriating. I’d better make sure the DVR has more than a few happy shows to use as a chaser.

Hollywood Game Night (NBC) 9:00 PM ET
Previous champions Yvette Nicole Brown and Anthony Anderson return to face off with new teammates Adam Scott, Tiffani Thiessen, GaryBaba BooeyDell’Abate and Fall Out Boy lead Pete Wentz.

Suits (USA) 9:00 PM ET
As is the tradition with Suits season premieres, a new staffer at the firm has discovered Mike‘s secret. This time, it’s Louis who needs to be placated into joining the conspiracy. Louis could be charmed by Mike’s adorable blinking except it hasn’t been that long since Mike broke Louis’ heart by deserting Team Litt before Louis could present his welcome cake. Maybe a return trip to the mud bath will do the trick.

The Crazy Ones (CBS) 9:30 PM ET
Simon wants a grandchild and the lengths he’ll go to get Sydney coupled off with a potential grandbabydaddy are extreme enough to drive her to binge eating and other coping mechanisms.

Portlandia (IFC) 10:00 PM ET
Olivia Wilde shows up in Portland this week as “ecoterrorists” protest a cosmetics testing company. Aren’t ecoterrorists known more for spiking trees and setting zombie plague-infected chimpanzees free? Merely protesting sounds a little like slacking.

King of the Nerds (TBS) 10:00 PM ET
The teams dissolve in time for some live-action video game action. From what I can tell, I think that means racing go carts in tron suits and a game of “Angry Nerds” with real targets and projectiles.

Sirens (USA) 10:00 PM ET
USA’s first original live-action comedy (if you don’t count Check It Out!, at least) adapts a British comedy about three Emergency Medical Technicians and moves it to Chicago, including gay technician Hank (Kevin Daniels). Based on the episode USA made available to preview, it’s a definite bro-comedy if they can make ta gay character work in that context (if) that could be quite a show.

Review with Forrest MacNeil (Comedy Central) 10:00 PM ET
You know that At Midnight segment where the write fake reviews? Comedy Central’s newest series is like that as a sketch comedy. From what I’ve seen the results are pretty funny.

Scandal (ABC) 10:00 PM ET
Now that Scandal has made the shocking revelation that somebody is capable of loving Mellie, it’s time for things to get awkward as Fitz puts his wife and best friend together, completely clueless of their romantic history. Good thing Scandal viewers are far more used to seeing Fritz be a oblivious tool, one unfamiliar dynamic is enough.

Conan (TBS) 11:00 PM ET
The faboo Kristin Chenoweth is on tonight’s guest list.

Chelsea Lately (E!) 11:00 PM ET
Those of you who are West Wing fans might want to tune in for guest host Mary McCormack, who will be chatting with Allison Janney.

What will you be watching tonight? Please share in the comments!
