The YWCA and Junior League of Greenwich will present the screening of two films by Lee Hirsh, "The Bully Effect," and "Bystanders: Ending Bullying," on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Bow Tie Cinema on Railroad Avenue. The 2012 movies follow the stories of people who have been bullied and have turned their suffering into positive action and show how bystanders can help end bullying. Stamford resident and NBC "Dateline" Correspondent Chris Hansen served as master of ceremonies at The Stamford Family YMCA's annual gala, "Fine Food For a Cause" to help fight childhood obesity last Monday night at The Palace Theatre in Stamford. The evening, which included dinner, live music and a live auction, honored Dr. Madhu Mathur, and Thomas Sanseverino, president of CAMSAN, for their support of the Y and contributions to children with health care needs.
