Anchored off Blues Point at 1pm, the artists will not only sing their biggest hits to entertain harbourside partygoers but pay tribute to the tunes which have become part of our Australian songbook.

Mauboy will bravely tackle John Farnham's You're The Voice, Im will perform I Honestly Love You - recorded by Olivia Newton John and written by Dami Im - while Justice Crew have compiled a mashup featuring everything from Kylie Minogue's Spinning Around to the Happy Little Vegemites song.

In a stroke of perfect promotional timing, Jade will sing INXS's Never Tear Us Apart.

"There is a bit of a connection there," she explained.

"I am playing Kylie Minogue in the TV series Never Tear Us Apart so it is close to home. But it has been my favourite Australian song for a long, long time."

Mauboy said You're The Voice underlined her desire to continue to inspire Australians to "stand up and use their voice".

"It has always been a special song to me in music and lyrics," she said.

"John Farnham is one of the greatest vocalists in Australia and I am very lucky to be able to sing that song and have everyone share it with me.

"It has so much meaning to day in terms of Australians coming together and connecting."

Im said she was proud to be a part of a line-up which exemplified Australia's multicultural melting pot.

Henderson will double his singing duties, heading to Athol Bay to perform before the inaugural Tinnie Muster at 3pm.

Prinnie Stevens and Mahalia Barnes will round off the Sydney Harbour concert series with their Motown show at Darling Harbour from 6pm.
